Subject: Mediocre sound
Not the best sounding Ours show but I still greatly appreciate any effort to upload their live music.

Subject: Was there as well
I was at this show as well. Ours performed for just about 2 hours and 45 minutes I believe. I had my video camera with me but to my dismay the band put up signs saying "no flash or video photography". Regardless it was an amazing show. They said they were just going into the studio soon to record their new record. The anticipation awaits!

BTW, I have EQ'd the recording and removed a lot of the hiss and now it sounds a whole world better. 4 stars after EQing.

Subject: Great show, but lacks good sound quality
I attended this show, and I was very pleased with Ours performance that night. It was nice to hear alot of new songs being showcased, having never heard them before. The quality of the recording isn't the best though (contains "tape hissing" that gets very annoying after awhile). As stated in the original review of this show, the acoustic songs sound much better than the full-band songs. Nice to have a recording that contains so much new material though.

Notes

Quality: B
The opener was Dead Friends and Rockstars. They played a 30 minute instrumental set from behind a curtain on stage. Throughout the show the club had sound system problems with the drums & guitars too high in the mix. The vocals were finally raised by the 4th song into Ours' set. On the recording, a few song intros were cut due to turning over or switching cassettes. The acoustic songs came out much better than the electric songs.
